The property is currently owned by a Trust - The Havannah Trust T766 with the Trustee being Trustees International Limited a local licenced Trust Company.

The purchaser has the option to transfer the lease to their own name/entity and pay 7% stamping and registration on the transfer.  The other option is to take over the existing Trust and the beneficiaries associated with the Trust are changed.

If taking over the Trust there would be a fee associated with the change in beneficiaries of VT60,000 ($750) and then an annual Trustee fee of VT153,238 (A$1,915) while they remain the Trustee.
